All AustralScape products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
